How can we improve the Dashboard?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Anonymous feature for Dashboard

    Some clients, particularly in the IT industry, want their win loss interviews to be made anonymous so that respondents' names do not appear. To make the process of facilitating this request less manual, could a function be added that hides buyer names (and also separately, their titles) from the Client-Facing interview? Then we can retain the respondent's name internally for our purposes at PI, but the client contact and client users will never see it in the interview headers, tiles, and lists.

    • Make tags visible in Details tab of individual interviews

      I think it would add value to show the Tags assigned to an interview under the "Interview Information" column on the Details tab of that interview. If clients don't want that information visible to everyone, perhaps it could be set to appear only when the user has rights to the Tags module.

        • Make views printable - Add print button to content boxes

          I'd like to be able to print out survey results - including all content within a box, even if not visible (beyond view window)

          • I need to be able to see my program activity and balance (dollars, number of interviews remaining, etc.)

            Right now, I have to contact my program lead to find out my program status specific to program balance. I should be able to see this, like I did in the old system, for my account. I know the program lead has a nice dashboard that provides that information, it needs to be made available to users (administrators).

            • Clip Feature for Analysis

              I would find it beneficial to have a clip/pin/flag feature where I could collect information from across the platform into single view. I am often looking for specific trends or topics and would love to pull in snapshots of tiles, analyst insights, and respondent answers side-by-side.
              Example: I'm building a campaign around a particular benefit of a product. I would like to be able to flag all related customer quotes, analyst insights, and related graphs (form tiles) so I can view them together and not hop around or have multiple tabs. Kind of like a pintrest board for my data.

                We need the ability to filter by KPI ratings so we can see which opportunities are most at risk or the biggest opportunities.

                • Add access to individual ratings on the Performance tile

                  The current Performance tile gives access to average ratings. However, there are times when we need access to the individual ratings. For example, if the customers' average rating is 6.2 is that because all of the ratings were in the 6-7 range or were there one or two low scores that lowered the average. In this case we need to be able to identify the respondents that proved low score in order to determine why.

                  • Include close ended questions in Questions and Answers tile

                    Currently the Question and Answers tile only show the responses from open ended questions. I would like to see results from single/multi-select questions added the the tile, i.e. "Which vendors on your short list did you spend the most time evaluating?" or "Which of these describes [client's] overall price position compared to the competition?" These are results we include in our standard reports but the data is not currently available in New TruVoice.

                      Thanks for your feedback! Adding more question types to the Questions and Answers view is on our roadmap. We’ll keep you updated on our progress.

                      UPDATE: Single-select non-looping questions are now available in the Questions and Answers page.

                    • Important Results: Which results do/don't customers need assistance in achieving?

                      I would like to see the levels of achievement within each result/benefit (not the average level).

                      The tile could feature a 100% bar graph for each benefit (listed by importance) and group accounts into rating segments of Not Achieved, Moderate Achievement and Successful Achievement.

                      The tile would provide users an aggregate view of areas where customers are

                      A. Not seeing results (indicating a need for supportive content, targeted campaigns, additional training, etc.)

                      B. "Guaranteed" to achieve (indicating benefits to highlight as "standard")

                      It could also assist account managers in advising customers on the results their "peers" are typically seeing and…

                      • Add a tile which identifies key accounts for marketing use (case studies, potential references, solution champion)

                        I would like to be able to quickly identify key accounts for content creation based off the questions surrounding "results achieved" from our solution and their importance level.

                        Account View: Indicates accounts where multiple benefits have been successfully (10-8 rating) achieved. Serves as a starting place for potential references, client interviews, etc (Data example: All 16 of our 10 ratings came from the same 5 accounts)

                          • Create a tool that shows trigger events or what prompts my buyers to go to bid

                            I’d really like to understand why my buyers are going out to bid. It would be helpful if I could see reasons for evaluation compared to deal outcome.

                              • I’d like to see a timeline for all of my interviews published.

                                It would be helpful to have a visual of all of my interviews chronologically. The x axis could be the timeline and perhaps the y axis could represent deal size.
