How can we improve the Dashboard?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Important Results: Which results do/don't customers need assistance in achieving?

    I would like to see the levels of achievement within each result/benefit (not the average level).

    The tile could feature a 100% bar graph for each benefit (listed by importance) and group accounts into rating segments of Not Achieved, Moderate Achievement and Successful Achievement.

    The tile would provide users an aggregate view of areas where customers are

    A. Not seeing results (indicating a need for supportive content, targeted campaigns, additional training, etc.)

    B. "Guaranteed" to achieve (indicating benefits to highlight as "standard")

    It could also assist account managers in advising customers on the results their "peers" are typically seeing and…

    • Add a tile which identifies key accounts for marketing use (case studies, potential references, solution champion)

      I would like to be able to quickly identify key accounts for content creation based off the questions surrounding "results achieved" from our solution and their importance level.

      Account View: Indicates accounts where multiple benefits have been successfully (10-8 rating) achieved. Serves as a starting place for potential references, client interviews, etc (Data example: All 16 of our 10 ratings came from the same 5 accounts)
