How can we improve our Salesforce.com Integration?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Provide a link to take user directly to the applicable profile in Interview Profiler

    Add a link to all company names and respondent names to take the user directly to the applicable opportunity profile in Interview Profiler. This would allow the user to quickly access more information about the deal, if needed.

      This is a planned feature for an upcoming application. The Account-Level module allows users to add a link for all interviews that have been completed for a specific account. Clicking on an icon in the panel will take users directly to the profile view in Interview Profiler (with appropriate credentials).

    • Inform sales rep if sample has been rejected

      If submitted sample has been rejected in Horizon by a program administrator, the SFDC user that submitted the sample is sent a notice about the rejection. Users could also be notified if sample was accepted.

        We are including a submission indicator as part of TruVoice Nominations. The indicator will show if and when an opportunity has been submitted, accepted, rejected, or moved to another division/program

      • Help identify reference accounts for clients

        Find a way to assist clients in identifying reference accounts from those who have been interviewed as part of win loss or customer experience programs.

          We are in the process of building TruVoice References which will utilize Win Loss and Customer Experience profiles to identify strong reference contacts. The application will allow users to identify competitors, solution criteria and other information important to their current opportunity and find matching references based on the information identified.
