With the importance of action items within TruVoice the idea of bringing them into SFDC makes complete sense. This idea has got our wheels turning and starting the basic framework of a module focused on action items.

If client has product taxonomy mapped in Salesforce, when the opportunity is submitted to Horizon, the data coming back into SFDC should recognize that product data and allow user to pull up info based on competitor AND product.1 vote
