How can we improve our Salesforce.com Integration?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. SFDC Integration with Tasks

    To enhance the overall integration with SFDC, add the functionality to update or create a new task when a new action item is created in TruVoice. This will enable the back end follow-up to be integrated with SFDC.

      With the importance of action items within TruVoice the idea of bringing them into SFDC makes complete sense. This idea has got our wheels turning and starting the basic framework of a module focused on action items.

    • Allow client to pull in additional competitive intelligence

      Client can define additional CI sources it wants to mine for each competitor, allowing sales reps to see all CI information in one place

        This is a planned feature for TruVoice Competitors. Initial plans are to allow users to add additional competitive intelligence.

      • Provide a link to take user directly to the applicable profile in Interview Profiler

        Add a link to all company names and respondent names to take the user directly to the applicable opportunity profile in Interview Profiler. This would allow the user to quickly access more information about the deal, if needed.

          This is a planned feature for an upcoming application. The Account-Level module allows users to add a link for all interviews that have been completed for a specific account. Clicking on an icon in the panel will take users directly to the profile view in Interview Profiler (with appropriate credentials).

        • Addition to Nominations Settings

          Submitted on the behalf of Lori Manley: As a SFDC administrator, the ability for anyone to edit Account level information within the Nominations application is concerning. We would like the ability to dictate which fields are editable and which ones should be locked down.

          • Add additional fields in the submit for review tab so clients can capture the custom field they need

            Some of our clients are asking if the submit for review tab will capture things like product type, region, sales team, and many other things they provide with their current sample that if provided through salesforce.com would have to be manualy added before they approve the piece of sample into the calling campaign.

              We are working on custom field mapping functionality for TruVoice Nominations. With this feature the salesforce.com administrator will be able to customize the fields of information that will be included in the sample submission from Salesforce.com to TruVoice.

            • Allow data to be product driven

              If client has product taxonomy mapped in Salesforce, when the opportunity is submitted to Horizon, the data coming back into SFDC should recognize that product data and allow user to pull up info based on competitor AND product.

                Product and competitor mapping is a planned addition to TruVoice and TruVoice for Salesforce.com applications.

              • Allow Opp ID to flow with sample submitted via Nominations

                Also, create a field in Profiler tiles to include that Opp ID instead of having to put it in the opp name.

                • Inform sales rep if sample has been rejected

                  If submitted sample has been rejected in Horizon by a program administrator, the SFDC user that submitted the sample is sent a notice about the rejection. Users could also be notified if sample was accepted.

                    We are including a submission indicator as part of TruVoice Nominations. The indicator will show if and when an opportunity has been submitted, accepted, rejected, or moved to another division/program

                  • Help identify reference accounts for clients

                    Find a way to assist clients in identifying reference accounts from those who have been interviewed as part of win loss or customer experience programs.

                      We are in the process of building TruVoice References which will utilize Win Loss and Customer Experience profiles to identify strong reference contacts. The application will allow users to identify competitors, solution criteria and other information important to their current opportunity and find matching references based on the information identified.
